It was designed as a home first, which can be seen in its decor as they were chosen with care to create an atmosphere that is old-fashioned, captivating and tender. Then as Laoag City enjoyed an convergence of tourists and business travelers, the decision was eventually made to open its doors to "guests". Welcome home!

Located in Laoag - the Sunshine City, Balay da Blas Pensionne House is near the Capitol of Ilocos Norte. It is accessible to many of the local attractions and public transportation and is only 15 minutes away from the Laoag City International Airport.

At Balay da Blas, every room has been innovated and furnished with both old and new furnishings, from antique pieces of furniture to paintings on the wall. Every element complementing each other to exude a sense of coolness and comfort.
